Kim Jones

Kim Jones is an attorney in Massachusetts and a 2011 graduate of Northeastern University School of Law. Born and raised in the Boston area, Kim has been active in working with people in prison since 2000. Prior to law school, she worked for six years in civil legal services as a paralegal, focusing on helping low-income clients obtain public benefits and housing. After law school, Kim worked as a public defender with the Committee for Public Counsel Services (CPCS) defending adults in criminal matters. In 2014, she moved on to representing youth committed to the Department of Youth Services (DYS) in DYS Grant of Conditional Liberty revocation hearings. In 2017, Kim began to focus her practice solely on parole matters. She currently represents people serving both indeterminate and life sentences in initial hearings, review hearings, rescission hearings, and revocation hearings.
