Damien “DJ” Lamb

Damien ”DJ” Lamb is a dedicated advocate for reentry support and emotional literacy among justice-involved individuals. Damien has been and continues to be a consultant in the areas of parole, programming, and training. He has facilitated over 100 correctional program sessions. He brings both lived experience and professional expertise to his work.

Currently, he collaborates with the Jericho Circle Project Reentry Division to establish Emotional Literacy Circles across Massachusetts and Connecticut, fostering healing and personal growth for those coming home from incarceration. Damien previously served as Director of Parole for the MCI Norfolk Transformative Justice Emerging Adult Project, where he advanced innovative approaches to parole preparation and reintegration. His work continues to center on transformation, community, and the power of second chances.
